HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURNS PERIOD?

Any unwanted product(s) must be initiated for return/exchange within 14 days of the order delivery date.

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unmodified) you can return these within 14 days of delivery. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule: 

- items listed as last chance or final sale are non-returnable

- Personalized items (i.e. embroidery) are non-returnable

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unwashed/unmodified and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. All items are subject to inspect to inspection upon on return.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse.

GOOD TO KNOWS...

- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.

- For purchases where a gift card is used to cover the full or part of the order total, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.

- Refunds are processed in order of receipt. Please note that it can take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
