How do I return my items?Updated 9 months ago

We offer free returns for all domestic orders shipped within the United States. International orders are also permitted for return with the return shipping postage and any handling/duty fees being debited from the refund value.

To initiate a return, click here to be directed to our RETURNS PORTAL

You'll need your ORDER NUMBER (can be found in your confirmation email or the order status page of your TMSH account), e.g #123456 and ZIP/POSTAL CODE

Select which item(s) you are returning and why

Select return via SHIPPING LABEL which will prompt the creation of your return shipping label

Once your refund has been processed, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to clear processing with your banking institution.

Please note if you opt for an EXCHANGE (i.e. Return Shopping), it is highly important to deliver your return items back to the shipping provider as soon as possible. 

Please also note that the DELIVERY ADDRESS FOR EXCHANGES cannot be modified. The exchange will always be sent to the same address as the original order.
