All of our scrub hat styles are uniquely designed with flexibility in mind to allow for the most individualized fit. 

Each style (click here to visit our Style Guide) is double-layered to promote absorption during those long shifts and contains our ultra-durable elastic for maximum adjustability. 

The forehand band is strategically designed to allow for any excess material to easily be folded optimizing the fit for various hairstyles/types without exposing any unwanted inside seams.

Which scrub hat style is best for me?

Our inventory is updated daily and we do our best to restock our best-sellers often. 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a definitive date on when a specific item will be back in stock. 

Please subscribe to our Back in Stock notifications (located on all applicable product pages) to be notified first once the item has been restocked.

When are you expecting a restock?

We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Friday. All orders of $60+ receive Free Standard Shipping and free returns for shipping addresses in the 48 contiguous United States.

What is your shipping policy?

With Taylor Made Scrub Hats,  it's easy to initiate a return.

You can do so by starting your return through our Returns Center.

We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unmodified) you can return these within 14 days of delivery. To get more info about Returns, visit this page.

Need to make a return?

Our scrub hats are offered in Classic (2-ply cotton-lined) and LUXE (cotton exterior with satin-lined interior).

When attempting to shop for satin-lined products exclusively, you'll need to ensure you're selecting a product that has the LUXE variant option available.

Which scrub hats are satin lined?

​To maximize the life/use of our products, we recommend handwashing in cold water and air drying. 

Washing in hot or warm water can cause shrinkage and loss of color vibrancy. 

Give a gentle stretch once after washing to get them back into shape and iron or steam as needed to remove any wrinkles.
